How it works

  1. Start with an Excel file (.xlsx preferred) — at minimum we need property address, city, state, and ZIP.
  2. Register and log in at leadfuzionlists.com, then open the LeadScrubber page.
  3. Select your source, click Choose File, pick your list, and hit Upload — you’ll see your row count.
  4. Review the price and purchase. We pull the most current live data, so larger lists take a little time.
  5. Download your scrubbed list — now with last sold date, last sold price, MLS status, and estimated value — and drop the sold / active ones from your mail and call lists.
