How it works
- Start with an Excel file (.xlsx preferred) — at minimum we need property address, city, state, and ZIP.
- Register and log in at leadfuzionlists.com, then open the LeadScrubber page.
- Select your source, click Choose File, pick your list, and hit Upload — you’ll see your row count.
- Review the price and purchase. We pull the most current live data, so larger lists take a little time.
- Download your scrubbed list — now with last sold date, last sold price, MLS status, and estimated value — and drop the sold / active ones from your mail and call lists.
